Part of the award-winning Trance family, The Giant Trance X 29er 1 doesn't disappoint. The ALUXX-SL Aluminum frame has been designed to use the large 29" wheels to their full potential. As with the rest of the Trance family, the Giant Trance X 29er 1 has been designed with the Maestro suspension. The Giant Maestro 5 inch suspension is race proven and will shock you with how well it soaks up small bumps and navigates technical terrain. When paired with the Fox CTD rear shock and the Fox 32 Float CTD with 15mm QR axle, you will experience a ride like never before. The frame on the Trance X 29er 1 has also been designed with Giant's OverDrive 2 headset, which provides added stiffness and control to the rest of the design. The overall combination provides a ride unlike any other 29er.

The drivetrain is also jam-packed with features, including a SRAM X9 Type 2 rear derailleur and X7 shifters. Technical climbs and steep descents will be easy with the 20 gear options available on the Giant Trance X 29er 1. Braking power is supplied by Shimano M446 hydraulic disc brakes, paired with a 180mm rotor up front and a 160mm rotor in back. Traction and control will be increased with the use of the Schwalbe Nobby Nic Performance tires which roll on Giant P-XC2 Double Wall rims and Giant Tracker hubs.
